Delivery Information

We try to provide the best possible postage costs for delivery of our products. We offer FREE UK DELIVERY on most of our items but postage charges may vary depending on the size and weight of the product. Always check the payment page before confirming to buy to check that you are happy with the postage charge that has been applied.

Postage charges can also vary based on the delivery postcode for certain large items as these are delivered on a pallet for kerbside delivery and will not be taken into the premises. Our standard postcode areas cover 95% of the UK.

Once an order has been placed, Abreo Furniture will email the Customer to advise when their delivery is expected to be made.

As a fraud prevention measure, orders will only be delivered to the address specified at the time of purchase. This address must also correspond to the registered address of the credit or debit card used to pay for the order, or the paypal account used to make the purchase.

When placing an order a phone number is required so the delivery company can contact you if necessary.

By placing a purchase the Customer agrees to accept the delivery at any reasonable time of day. Should the Customer fail to take the delivery or provide necessary documents to receive the delivery, the product may be returned to Abreo Furniture. In such instances the Customer agrees to pay for any charges including but not limited to:

- Redelivery

- Insurance

- Storage

Estimated delivery to standard UK postcodes is 2 working days from the time payment clears. This is however only a guide and Abreo Furniture will not be held responsible for deviations from this or any other estimate given. Delivery times stated by third parties including couriers are not the responsibility of Abreo Furniture.

When goods are delivered they should be inspected and signed for. If damaged has occurred during the transportations, the goods should be signed for as damaged. Once goods are signed for as being in good condition any future claims for products damaged in transit will be invalid. This does not affect manufacturer defects.
